Drilling under the CN Rail tracks has been more complicated than anticipated and crews are still working to install the sanitary sewer with minimal impacts to the rail line. Alternative equipment and drilling strategies have been necessary but progress has been made. Works at the tracks are expected to extend into the middle of April, at which time the project will shift south to Whisbey Drive.
