Fortis BC has advised that a gas line on Aberdeen Road was struck. Crews are finalizing repair works, with temporary closures expected to continue until 5pm today (July 24, 2025). The temporary road closure is affecting Aberdeen Road from Venables Drive to Middleton Drive. Only local traffic is being permitted.
Those situated between Highway 6 and Middleton Drive can use the Middleton Drive detour for access.
