A Public Hearing will be held at 6:00 pm on November 10, 2025, at 9901 Kalamalka Road, above to consider: District of Coldstream Official Community Plan Bylaw

Purpose: The District of Coldstream is considering the adoption of a new Official Community Plan. The plan will provide a long term overall vision for growth and change for the whole of the community. Major revisions include:
- Compliance with provincial requirements from the Homes for People Plan, including Bill 44,
- Establishment of a Wildfire Protection Development Permit area for projects in fire interface zones,
- Identification of lands suitable for future housing development subject to provincial infrastructure funding.
