Due to the national strike of the Canadian Union of Postal Workers, the District is unable to mail out the quarterly utility invoices.
Residents and businesses may pick up their utility bill at the District Municipal Office, 9901 Kalamalka Road, on Thursday, October 9, 2025 or later, or may request a digital copy via email by contacting info@coldstream.ca or (250) 545-5304.
Payments are due by October 31, 2025.
Alternatively, the District offers online services for property tax and utility billing. This service allows you to see previous and current invoices. You may also choose to have future utility bills emailed directly to you.
