With the welcome resumption of some Canada Post services, the District of Coldstream is pleased to share that the third quarter utility bills will be delivered to Canada Post early in the week of October 20 for mailing.
We sincerely thank residents for their patience and understanding during the recent postal service disruption. We know timely access to billing information is important, and we truly appreciate your cooperation.
Utility bills are still available for pick-up at Municipal Hall, 9901 Kalamalka Road.
Please note that payment is due by end of day October 31, 2025, to avoid any late fees.
To help avoid future delays and disruptions, we invite you to sign up for an online utility account through the District’s website. It’s a fast, convenient, and eco-friendly way to access your bills and stay on top of due dates — no matter what’s happening with the mail. You can even choose to receive your utility bill directly to your email inbox.
As a friendly reminder, any utility balances that remain unpaid as of December 31, 2025, will be automatically added to your property tax account on January 1, 2026, as required by the Community Charter.
Thank you again for your patience and support!
