The rehabilitation of Upland Drive, from Scenic Drive to Upland Place, is scheduled to begin on August 5, 2025 with an anticipated completion date of October 31, 2025. The project includes targeted structural repairs, drainage improvements, and the installation of a new asphalt surface.
During construction, travel on Upland Drive will be limited to single-lane alternating traffic. Additionally, there will be temporary full closures while crews work in the intersection at Rockland Drive. Further details on the full closure will be posted at a later date.
Residents are encouraged to use alternative routes where possible. Reducing traffic through the construction zone will help create a safer work environment and allows crews to complete the project more efficiently.
