Aberdeen Road Closed to Through Traffic February 2 - October 1, 2026
The District of Coldstream advises residents and motorists that construction of the Aberdeen sanitary trunk sewer main will resume in February 2026.
Due to the depth and width of the required excavation, Aberdeen Road will be fully closed to through traffic from February 2 to October 1, 2026. The closure will be in effect 24 hours a day, seven days a week, as illustrated on the project map.
During construction, only local access and emergency vehicles will be permitted within the construction zone. Motorists are asked to plan alternate routes and follow posted signage.
